• Chia Chang went public in April.
  Chia Chang became a public company on Taiwan's OTC market in May.
• The winner of “Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific 2010” selected by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited in December.

• Quan Rui (Dongguan) was established for manufacturing of hardware, IT and optronics components.

• Chia Chang (Ningbo) was established for manufacturing of hardware, IT and optronics components.
